Ephesians chapter three, verse 10 says, “That through the Church, the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the principalities and paths in the heavenly places.” Sometimes, we think the Church is a building. When we talk of the Church, we speak of the Body of Christ. Christ is the Head, and we are the Body. The Church gives you a perfect place for you to worship with others. We are communal beings. Think of the Sacraments. Aren’t they beautiful?
You have one to cleanse your sin. You have one to make you soldiers of Christ. You have one to feed you with the Body and Blood of Christ daily. We must join our fellow human beings. Will you have it in your house? Will you have it at the bar or in the restaurant? No. So, if you haven’t been going to Church, start. Join the Church.
