So, when I was a kid, something traumatic happened to me. Plants invaded our house. Vines from the outside got so strong that they started to destroy our brick wall. You can see my dad peeling off that plant carpet that got so strong that it was destroying our brick. In the Gospel for this Sunday, Jesus says, “I am the vine; you are the branches.” Jesus is the great unifier. We are all the body of Christ under Jesus, the vine that keeps us connected. When we are unified, we are unbreakable. And so my invitation for us this Sunday is to see if there is any division in your heart if there’s any division with a family member or a friend, or your arch nemesis. Ask Jesus to bring about a greater union because the reality is that division weakens. Union with Jesus strengthens and becomes unbreakable. This is Spirit Juice. Peace.

He Is Actually Real
If you’re a Marvel fan, what would it be like if Iron Man was real? If you’re a Harry Potter fan, what would it be like if Hogwarts was real? That’s what you would be dreaming about. That the Messiah, the Son of God, is true and real. In the gospel for this Sunday…
