Okay, so I just spent three hours playing Fortnite with another priest. And yes, we got some dubs. But afterward, I felt horrible after three hours of living in unreality that weighed on me. Whenever we are living away from the truth, that is further away from Jesus. And in the gospel for this Sunday, Pilate is also living in unreality. He knows that Jesus is innocent, yet he decides to live and act not in reality. And now we mention him in every creed. Jesus promised that he is the way, the truth, and the life. So whenever we are close to him, we live in the truth. Whenever we live truly in the present moment with Jesus, that brings freedom. Nothing is more accurate than the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That is true freedom and peace. This is Spirit Juice. Peace.

If this makes no sense, stay with me. In the second reading for this Sunday…

Ascension Day
Have you ever been away from home for a long time? And then you finally get back home, and suddenly, you walk into your house, and all of the fears, anxieties, and worries dissolve, and you feel safe. It’s amazing. Just Like A Good Goalie
Hugo Lloris is a fantastic goalie on the Tottenham Hotspurs soccer team in English soccer, or if you’re in England, football. Hugo Lloris said this about being a goalie. “It’s not just about the talent. “It’s being in the right place at the right time.” So Jesus in the gospel is saying, “Stay awake. “Be alert. Be prepared. “Be in the right place at the right time.” As Christians, we are often not in the right place…
